Every plan includes: WhatsApp sign-in for members, QR check-in with the reception screen, members, plans and renewals, payment records, leads and follow-ups, trainer dashboard, food and progress tracking, private progress photos, daily backups, and support on WhatsApp and email.

Setup includes: importing your member list, setting up plans and branding, the reception check-in screen, and training for the owner and trainers.

Billing: monthly fee billed in advance by invoice; pay by UPI or bank transfer. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).

Not included: biometric door hardware, SMS charges, and Meta's WhatsApp charges for business-started messages (passed on at cost, shown on the invoice).
