IRONVALE

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone who uses Ironvale: gyms, their staff and their members. By using Ironvale you agree to them.

The service

Ironvale is web-based software for gyms: members, plans, payments records, check-ins, training, nutrition and messaging. Members use it in a browser and need no app download. A gym's purchase is also governed by its signed Gym Service Agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they differ.

Accounts

Acceptable use

You must not:

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after notice where reasonable.

Fees

Gyms pay the fees in their signed agreement. Ironvale does not handle members' money for the gym unless a gym separately enables online payments. Member fees are paid to the gym.

Health information

Nutrition targets, suggestions and AI estimates are general guidance, not medical advice. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Talk to a doctor before starting a new programme if you have a health condition.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Each gym owns its business data and can export it.

Availability

We aim for the service levels in each gym's agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Ironvale is not responsible for outages caused by third parties such as internet providers, WhatsApp or payment networks.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ironvale's total liability to a gym for any claim is limited to the fees that gym paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Gyms get 30 days' notice of material changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction.
