Ironvale collects only the data a gym needs to run memberships, check-ins, training and nutrition, and never sells it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Ironvale ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship of Krithik Subashsankar, registered as an MSME (Udyam UDYAM-TN-24-0197661), located at 312, 3rd Floor, VGN Imperia Phase 4, Perumal Agaram, Thiruverkadu, Chennai, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu – 600077. Ironvale provides gym management software to gyms ("the Gym").

Our role

• For gym members: your Gym decides why your data is used. The Gym is responsible for your data, and Ironvale processes it on the Gym's behalf under a written agreement.
• For gym owners, staff and website visitors: Ironvale is responsible for your data.

What we collect

• Account details: name, WhatsApp number, email for owners and trainers.
• Membership records: plans, dates, payments, check-ins and visit times.
• Health and fitness data, only if you turn on tracking: food logs, water intake, weight and body measurements, progress photos.
• Messages: WhatsApp messages you send to the Gym's Ironvale number, such as sign-in codes and replies.
• Technical data: device and browser type, error logs, and security logs such as sign-in attempts.

We do not collect card or UPI details. Online payments are handled by our payment partner.

Why we use it

• To run your membership: sign-in, check-in, renewals and receipts.
• To let your trainer guide you, only if you allow it in your profile.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix errors.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

Your consent and choices

• Health tracking and trainer access are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in your profile.
• Progress photos have a separate permission. Only your own personal trainer can view them, never the gym owner. Every view is recorded and shown to you.
• You can ask your Gym to correct or delete your data. You can also write to us at TO BE FILLED BY KRITHIK.

Sharing

We share data only with:

• Your Gym: the owner and staff, limited by their role.
• Service providers who run parts of Ironvale for us: hosting and database (servers in India where available), WhatsApp messaging (Meta) and payment processing (Razorpay). They may use your data only to provide their service.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role, and every sensitive action is logged. Progress photos are stored privately and are never available through a public link.

How long we keep data

We keep data while your membership account exists. When a Gym stops using Ironvale, we delete its member data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Children

Ironvale is meant for members aged 18 and above. A gym that registers a member under 18 must have a parent's or guardian's consent.
